Bare Eyed Cockatoos can be very sweet, affectionate birds. They are goofy, playful, and very high-energy birds. A Bare Eyed would do well in a home that can offer lots of time and affection. Cockatoos require caging that can house lots of toys, perching, and activities. Bare Eyes may be one of the smaller species of cockatoos, but they have an enormous personality. Ideally, the minimum cage size for this bird would be 36’’ long, 24’’ wide, and 66’’ high with ¾’’ wire spacing, but remember, BIGGER is better.
